FINALLY! Our estimable prez seems to be actually making the case for a national public health care plan. About time! Now, let's see if he can run with it. This is a good start and now Sen. Chris Dodd (CT) is asking the CBO to "score" a health plan with a public option, which was not done for the last "scoring".
